For comfort, function and durability, most touring bikes are made out of steel for plush long distance ride. Get fitted

In order to find a frame that's most comfortable for your riding style, we perform a full bicycle fitting using industry-leading professional system the Fit Kit to determine optimal bike geometry to tailor fit your body. We first take full body measurements and then go through a questionnaire to include other factors such as your age, riding style, body characteristics before feeding all the information into a computer program that does all the final calculation. This is a crucial first step to ensure you end up with a proper size bike and result in having a pleasant riding experience for years to come. Proper fit also reduces the possibilities of pains and injuries.

Invest in a pair of light-weight and strong hand-laced wheels

Wheels are often overlooked because people tend to pay most attention on frames and gruppos. Shaving a few grams off the wheels versus component such as the derailleur has far more performance gain due to reduced rotational weight of the wheels and lesser inertia required for each wheel rotation.
